The history of F&C Eaton Enterprises, LLC (FCEE) began through Francedia Eaton’s vision of combining her consulting experience with husband Charles’ construction experience to offer clients help in managing regulatory uncertainties and reduce risk by offering platinum standards designed with their 60+ years of combined experience in assuring that the client's interest is protected. The family-owned business is owned by Francedia (Fran) and Charles Eaton. Together they have imprinted the industry as one of the leading advocates in regulatory compliance.
As a foundation cornerstone to good teamwork, we establish goals, and each member recognizes the team goals as a priority over personal agendas. Team members are accountable to each other with respect to their areas of responsibility. This teamwork is a direct result of outstanding leadership and management with complete buy-in.
Due to this experience, we know the importance of teamwork results, in the completion of projects successfully. Producing a finished project that meets or exceeds the expectations of the owner in safety, quality, timeliness, and value is our number one goal.
